Made it so that her head moves a bit as per some people's suggestions. Still can't fix the front legs though...I'm not very good at that animation lol.

I think what you have is fine, but something I've noticed with pony anatomy is that they have 3 joints in their front legs. One is just below the belly line, one is the main joint somewhere close to the middle, and the last is just before the hoof. I'd say that's probably what you're missing. ^.^
